  • Submit an online inquiry for the desired date with basic group information.


  • If availability is met, a CC authorization and deposit form is sent. 

 

  • Deposit amounts vary based off of party size. Deposits are reimbursed following services. 


  • Once a CC form is completed with a deposit on file, a menu form is sent.

  • Shopping for your meal before arriving the day of the reservation. 


  •  I utilize cutlery, plates, and glasses from your house. (Family-style serve ware available based on prior request.)


  •  All food is prepared at your house, as required by Summit County food code.


  • All shopping, cooking, and cleaning are done by myself. 


  • Invoices are sent the morning following services via Quick Books.
