Pricing for Breckenridge, Copper mtn, keystone, and Vail.

General Pricing

My per person rates fluctuate depending on the number of people in your party, guaranteeing you a personable experience no matter the size of your group. For holidays, I charge double time according to your group size. Those holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, and July 4th. 


Chef Matt Ryan - Per Person Price - Single Chef - Everything Included


*Pricing includes: 1 starter, 1 soup or salad, 1 main, and 1 dessert from any menu.

*Additional dishes available to add on upon inquiry.

*Per person pricing includes grocery reimbursement and chef labor.


  • 6-8 adults - $150 per person
  • 9-12 adults - $145 per person  
  • 13-16 adults - $140 per person (buffet or family-style only)
  • 17-25 adults - $125 per person (buffet or family-style only)
  • 26-30 adults - $120 per person (buffet or family-style only)


  • $50 per child ages 8-14
  • Ages 7 and under eat free for first 2 kids


* Plated experiences can be accommodated with advance notice for groups larger than 12


 Extra help - Hourly rate


**Perfect for larger groups, labor-intensive menus, and for those wanting table service throughout. (9 adults or more minimum)

  • $40/hour per helper contracted for the date of service
  • Extra help is added onto the estimate prior to reservation date and is subject to client approval
  • Extra help availability not guaranteed
  • Hours of extra help vary depending on the services needed
  • Please inquire with chef Matt upon your initial inquiry 


 

Shopping 

I usually shop for a good balance of organic and conventional products based off of what is available locally and what we need for the desired menu. If you prefer all organic products or a specific shopping location - please let me know prior to booking. 


Living in the mountains has its own set of challenges and certain purveyors may not be available here as they are back home. However, I am always happy to accommodate any request within reason given enough time beforehand. It's all about offering you the best culinary experience with transparency and flexibility.

Invoicing following services

Final Invoice Example:

Headcount: 12 adults 

Per Person Price: $150.00

Total: $1,800.00

Minus: $155.00 deposit


Total Due: $1,645.00


Accepted Forms of Payment: 

All invoicing is completed via Quick Books and billed the morning following services.

All payments made via Quick Books adhere to a 1.5% processing fee following services.

Avoid processing fees by paying Check, Cash, Venmo, or Zelle directly after services.

Pricing for Bartender

 Enhance your chef experience by adding skilled bartenders or servers. Local bartenders can craft cocktails and beverages, while servers can ensure a seamless dining experience. Elevate your event with expert service tailored to you!


  • Hourly rate - $45 an hour
  • Hourly minimum for hire is 4 hours
  • Breckenridge Spirits available
  • Both services tallied into one bill collectively
  • Special requests welcome!
