For holidays, I charge double time according to your group size. Those holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, and July 4th.

Due to ever-changing grocery prices, I've adopted a flexible approach for your personalized chef experience. I've curated a general cost per person, which adjusts based on your party size. Larger groups mean a more affordable cost per person, while smaller gatherings reflect a higher cost per head.
I usually shop for a good balance of organic and conventional products based off of what is available locally and what we need for the desired menu. If you have any special product requests, please let me know and I'm happy to accommodate.
