    Growing up in Argentina, where thoughtful, homemade meals were made daily by her mother, Laura’s culinary journey began at a young age. After studying patisserie, she continued to advance her knowledge and skills with a degree in Gastronomic Business Administration and has maintained a strong presence in the world of pastry ever since.

     Laura has really come to thrive in the pastry arts, crafting her own recipes and tweaking each one as she goes. Her respect for technique and the ingredients used in each dessert is unparalleled compared to others, continuing to be at the forefront of her mind. Her authentic style and passion for rustic flavors are evident in each of her dishes, and we are so lucky to have her.

    Recently settling in Silverthorne, Colorado, Laura finds joy in connecting with others, and she’s incredibly excited to share that passion with each and every one of you!
